Edward Gerrard is credited in the Preface as having prepared the catalogue (and most of the specimens), although with no credit on the title page. Ex-library (Brassey Institute, Hastings Museum) with their purple stamp to title page, and pictorial label for Hastings Corporation Library half obscuring the presentation label from the British Museum to front paste down. Condition: Rubbing and bumping to boards. Internally clean and sound, although with inevitable age-darkening to pages. Overall a solid, clean copy.
