Ex Government office library (Parliamentary Counsel Office) with one stamp to each title page. Volume 1: Part 1 Covering the Period from 1235 to the end of 1950 (Paginated 1-960 pp). Volume 2: Part 2 Covering the Period from 1951 to the end of 1983 (paginated 961-1793). Black cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on red labels to spines. Condition: A little soiling to fore edges, but overall a very clean, bright set, with minimal library signs.
