Marked as ‘Confidential- For Departmental Use Only’. Modern binding of green cloth-covered boards, gilt titles to spine, contents comprising 116 pages of notes on the clauses of the 1937 Bill. Previous owner’s name neatly to front free end paper, his (probably) pencil bibliographical notes also to the last blank page of the publication. Condition: Binding clean, bright and firm; contents age tanned but unmarked. Apparent spotting of the cover shown in the photo is a lighting artefact.
