Complete in two most impressive volumes I 968, II 884 plus indexes etc. Half leather on green cloth-covered boards, gilt motif, gilt titles and decoration to spine. Marbled end papers. Condition: Leather very rubbed, boards knocked and scracthed, but still very attractive. Internally clean and sound; marbled end papers pristine. A definite whiff of the pharmacist’s store room lingers to the books. All in all, irresistible. Photographs or more details available on request.
