Green cloth-covered boards, gilt titles to spine and front board, 249 plus 28 pages of publisher’s catalogue and advertisements, folding plates, three of which illustrate safety posters, illustrations in run of text including some from photographs. Topics covered include reduction of fatigue, effects of environmental conditions, selection and training. A small booklet dated 1932- “How Bedaux Works”, Labour White Papers No. 45, has been left laid in. Condition: A very little wear to the boards, with a scuff mark to rear board, spine strip somewhat soiled, previous owners’ names to front free end paper; overall a clean, bright, sound copy.
