Dark red cloth-covered boards, gilt titles to spine, 124 pages, plus several blank pages, presumably for pasting in of addenda or amendments. Very occasional marginal notes (eg Cancelled- see Form 1433) and amendment slips pasted in here and there. Related material left laid in. Condition: Boards rubbed and worn, some age-darkening to pages, occasional inky thumb-marks to margin.
