Two volumes, 1902 and 1904, I Architecture Réligieuse, II Architecture Civile et Militaire. Quarter leather, red marbled boards, marbled end papers. Many illustrations- line drawings, plans and photographs. Volume 2 has a gift note, on headed paper from the Institut de France Académie de Beaux Arts, dated 6 X 1903, bound or tipped in (rather hard to tell) after the front free end paper. Condition: Leather and boards rather rubbed and bumped, age tanning to paper, occasional faint pencil notes to margins. Volume 1 has boards and spine detached (in one piece), otherwise all sound and firm. A handsome set.
