A fascinating case study of the practical issues in the development of a vaccine. Condition: A good, clean copy in a rather grubby dust jacket. The brown cloth-covered boards are sound and clean, but with some knocking at the top of the spine. There is some tendency to age-darkening of pages. Front and rear end papers are a little spotty. The dust jacket is soiled as well as being rubbed and chipped. It is stained on the reverse.
