The third volume of the botanical series of the Transactions of the Yorkshire Naturalists’ Union. Green buckram, gilt titles. Ex libris stamp of E.A.Ellis (Ted Ellis) to front free end paper. This second edition was produced after almost all copies of the first were destroyed by fire at the author’s home before it could be distributed. Condition: Boards knocked at the edges, some foxing to external page edges. Internally, a few pages have spots of foxing to the top margin, but the book is otherwise internally clean and bright. Coloured maps in good condition.
