Decorative cloth-covered boards with paste-on coloured illustration. Coloured frontispiece, six other colour plates (ie 8 colour illustrations in all, including that on the front cover) and many black and white illustrations. Condition: A little rubbing/fraying to spine, some bumping to boards, internally clean and sound, with binding firm. Some age toning to paper, previous owners’ names to front free end paper. One page creased at margin. Occasional instances of pencil underlining of individual words.
