Undated; a previous owner has suggested 1935 (in pencil to front free end paper) and a check of the dates of references in the footnotes and of data referred to suggests that is likely, as these typically show dates no later than 1934. The book is divided into two unequal sections. Part I, on the Economics of Planning, runs to p61, while Part II, Planning in Practice, runs from p 63 to 194, discussing particular contemporary cases: coal, electricity supply and agriculture (covering the Pig and Potato Scheme and the Milk Scheme). Condition: Foxing to end papers, half title and fore edges. Boards a little bumped.
