Gerardo Ioanne Vossio, de Historicis Latinis 3 pp, then a laudatory verse to the editor by Johann Christian Schlotter, then the Situ Orbis (numbered pp 1-87), then three indexes, viz Index I, Argumenta Capitum Sistens, Index II Res Notatu Dignas exhibens, Index III Mominum Eorumque Propriorum. A large, clear typeface. Name etc of previous owner, dated May 1751, in Latin to front free end paper. This same name, and a subsequent one (‘J. P. Crecelius et nunc F. G. Habel’, at my best reading) to title page. Condition: Boards very rubbed and worn; damage to rear board especially. Some inevitable age-yellowing to pages. Binding firm.
