Signed by the author, “Derek Wraggs [or just possibly Wragge] Morley with my very best wishes, Dudley Saward, January, 1960”. The story of “how Radar brought precision night bombing to Bomber Command”. The author was appointed the first Wing Commander R.D.F., Bomber Command in 1941. Black cloth-covered boards, silver titles to spine, pictorial dust jacket, 265 pages. Some illustrations from photographs, drawings and diagrams. Obituaries left laid in. Condition: The dust jacket is very worn, with considerable loss, and is now in a transparent wrapper. The book is clean and sound externally, the text block sound, but there is considerable foxing to the front free endpaper and rear endpapers, with some foxing also to the title page and to the last two pages of the index. Spotting to the fore edges has here and there invaded into the outer margins of the text pages.
