First printing of first edition. Translated by Frances Frenaye. The book starts with an account of the best known of the several attempts on Hitler’s life, in July 1944, and ends with the signing of the document of surrender by Doenitz in 1945. Black cloth-covered boards, blue titles to front board and spine, 392 pages including a Bibliography. Condition: A little wear to the boards, but overall a clean, firm copy, with pages clean and bright. Ownership note to front free end paper.
