Appendices include a list of Principal places in the suburban delivery with the sorting offices from which they were served (1857), a list of Obliteration Marks and their numbers, Inland Rates of Postage 1840 to 1885, etc. Condition: Some rubbing and bumping to boards, a short book review pasted to front free end paper, previous owner’s name to front paste down and title page, otherwise clean and unmarked.
