There is a one-page publisher’s advertisement, and two pages (i.e. the verso of the rear free endpaper and the rear paste down) advertising the St John Ambulance Association. Condition: The green cloth covered boards are somewhat rubbed and worn, but the gilt titles to the front board and spine are bright. There is some foxing the first few pages and to the index, and a little spotting to the fore-edges.
