Pictorial dustjacket (price-clipped, and in protective wrapper), red cloth-covered boards, gilt titles to spine, maps (most using colour) across end papers and bound in, illustrations from photographs bound in together in one section, 523 pages plus 4 pages of press reviews. A good quality facsimile publication. Condition: A little wear to the price-clipped jacket, now in protective wrapper; book clean, sound and bright.
