In the series Pitman’s Common Commodities. Undated. Grey-green cloth-covered boards, black titles to front board and spine, 130 pages (including index) followed by pages of publisher’s catalogue. Illustrations from photographs (14 plates). Barely octavo in size (approximately 7.4 inches high). Condition: Ex-library (I suspect House of Commons), with shelf mark to spine and stamped CABINET, GREAT GEORGE STREET, LONDON, S.W. 1″ to verso of title page (the stamp has a ‘withdrawn stamp over it). Boards rubbed and worn; joint between front board and spine strip almost completely worn through. A little soiling to some page margins and occasional pencil annotations.
